WHAT WITLESS IS

Witless is a mobile application that uses AI to generate reply suggestions for social media posts based on screenshots you provide. By using Witless, you agree to these terms.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You are solely responsible for how you use the replies generated by Witless. We generate suggestions — what you post is on you.
  • Do not use Witless to generate content that is illegal, constitutes harassment, or violates the terms of service of any platform you post on.
  • You must be at least 17 years old to use Witless.

AI-GENERATED CONTENT

All replies are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or offensive. Witless does not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for any content generated by the AI. Generated replies do not represent the views of Witless or its creators.

SUBSCRIPTIONS & BILLING

  • Witless offers a 3-day free trial. After the trial, a subscription is required.
  • Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store at the prices displayed at the time of purchase.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • You can manage and cancel your subscription through your device's App Store or Google Play settings.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Witless app, its design, and branding are our property. The replies generated for you are yours to use however you like — we claim no ownership over AI-generated output produced for your specific inputs.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY

Witless requires an internet connection and depends on third-party AI services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Witless is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app or the content it generates. This includes but is not limited to any consequences of posting AI-generated replies on social media.

CHANGES

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Witless after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
