How do I cancel my subscription?

iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Witless → Cancel.
Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Witless → Cancel.

I was charged after my free trial. Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google. You can request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com (Apple) or through Google Play's refund process.

I reinstalled the app and lost my subscription.

Open the app and tap “Restore Purchases” on the subscription screen. This will re-link your active subscription to your device.

The AI gave me a bad/empty response.

Tap REGENERATE to get a fresh set of replies. If the issue persists, the screenshot may be too blurry or contain content the AI can't read. Try a clearer screenshot.

Is my data stored anywhere?

No. Your screenshots are processed in real-time and not stored on our servers. Your archive (saved replies) lives only on your device. See our privacy policy for full details.
